The 1099 MISC form is used to report production payments. The following applies:
Flint Hills Resources, LP will send 1099 MISC:
- By the end of January
- For earnings of $10 or more
Flint Hills Resources, LP will not send 1099 MISC:
- For earnings less than $10
- To Corporations (IRS does not require):
- If name of business includes "Corporation"
- If name of business includes "Incorporated"
